I am based in Reading and offer one to one coaching sessions. I use a variety of approaches tailored to your individual needs. A few approaches I use include:
Looking at lifestyle changes – most of us know from experience that making lifestyle changes can be difficult. In fact just the mere thought of change for some people can be terrifying. That’s why I believe each client is unique and the change process requires time and support. Albert Einstein once said “Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.” So, it involves taking a fresh perspective to help you achieve your goals. I will provide you with the tools to confidently face difficult situations and help you push past your emotional barriers so you can lead a more happier and enriched life.
Cognitive Behaviour Coaching – this approach will help you better understand the thoughts and feelings that influence your behaviour. It will help us explore the root cause of your challenges. It will allow us to identify what might be stopping you from reaching your full potential and take a look at what actions we can take so you can make better choices and lead a more fulfilled life.
Mindfulness – at the heart of this is being aware of the present moment, experiencing and engaging fully with it, whatever that is, not trying to change it or wishing it was different. It’s practicing being interested and curious towards all experiences. It’s not about eliminating or escaping what is unpleasant but rather changing how we relate to it instead.

My coaching sessions are 55 minutes and can take place at my practice or your home. I also offer sessions via Skype and over the phone.
The number of sessions you require will depend on your individual needs. Once we have discussed your needs we can put together a plan. But, I am flexible we do not have to agree this at the outset.
The fee is £40 per session
